What this is
The index combines Seattle’s official new-building and housing land-use records with pre-application proposals. Related building permits are consolidated into one development where the source data identifies a master-use or parent permit.
Projects known to have gone through design review link to the official design proposal and open as a page-by-page viewer. Other projects enter a site-plan collection queue; downloaded Site Plan.pdf files are preserved locally and rendered with the same viewer.
